new ranks

Well then, I was brainstorming with myself and discoverd that we need new ranks. there are like 4 people per rank so you might get loads of promos.
From now onwards, there are gonna be new ranks avalible so get ready!

I have been getting comments on where is the rank page? Also I was going to give a guy a rank but I had to tell him the ranks are on Vcp naction page. So i think we need a rank page or a big banner
